The Motivation to Blank Series

March 10th, 2009 by Kevin Ngo

For the next several weeks, I will be writing a motivation to blank series. I’ve been getting emails as well as reading questions people post on various forums on how to motivate themselves to do a certain task. I’ve been trying to answer these questions one by one but finally realized that a lot of these questions are the same. So, I decided to write a motivation series on the most common topics.

So far, the most common topics are the motivation to workout / lose weight, study, work, and to just do something other than sitting around doing nothing.

As you may know, not every motivation tip works for everyone. People are motivated in different ways during different times and stages in their life. I will be writing about what works for me, therefore, it may or may not work for you.

However, I’ll also be providing tips that I’ve seen work for others even if it didn’t work for me since they may work for you.

At the end of these posts, there will be a comments link. I invite you to share your experiences about what motivation strategies work for you for the given topic. Your input could really help someone out. Thanks in advance.

If you have any topics you’d like me to add, feel free to contact me.
