About Me Page

motivationalHave you ever felt unmotivated? Ever been stuck in a place where you know what you should be doing but you’ve run out of willpower to continue pushing yourself to do what you need to do? If only this thing called motivation lasts forever, you would be set.

You’d wake up at 6am every day ready to take on the world. You’d get into the best shape of your life, start that business you’ve been dreaming about, get a ton of things done on a daily basis, and all without having to "make" yourself do it. Wouldn’t that be nice?

Think about it, you’d be way better off than you are right now wouldn’t you? I’m not just talking about financially, you’d be better off physically, spiritually, emotionally, relationship-wise, socially, everything! Why? Because you’d be taking constant action towards whatever it is you want to have, be, do, and experience in your lifetime.

Now this is assuming that you’re doing the right things or at least learning from your mistakes and not repeating them. If you’re running east trying to catch a sunset, it’s not going to happen.

If only. Well, you and I both know that motivation doesn’t last all too long. It’s quite short-lived most of the time. When motivation goes away, what’s left to keep us going is usually willpower. But using willpower all the time can be mentally and physically draining.

So what we do is we develop self-discipline to train ourselves to just do what we need to do when we need to do it. We take Nike’s advice and Just Do It! But even that requires work. But, if we do an activity long enough, frequently and consistently enough, it becomes a habit. Once it’s a habit, then there’s really no need for motivation since the action will become automatic, it’ll be on autopilot.

All you have to focus on is developing successful habits that will eventually lead to accomplishing whatever it is you want to accomplish. Want to be in shape? Develop the habits of regular exercise and healthy eating. Want to be a sales superstar? Develop the habit of getting in contact with a number of potential customers everyday. Want to be an expert in your field? Develop the habit of reading about your industry an hour a day.

motivationalThis is what the purpose of this site is. To help motivate you to take the necessary actions long enough for them to become habits. Any of the tools on this site could be life changing for you.

Not everyone is motivated the same way so I’ve provided on this site various ways to help keep you motivated. The more and more you expose yourself to the tools on this site, the easier that motivational urge will come.

Little by little you’ll begin to anchor these motivational feelings with which ever tool works best for you. And as you absorb those feelings over and over, the feeling will come to you quicker and more powerfully.

As you read or listen to each word, you will start imagining your end result as you try to contain that burst of motivation awakening inside of you until it just becomes too strong for you to hold in any longer. At which point you release the flood gates and are pushed into taking massive pleasurable action towards your dreams.

My hope is that people will be able to use this site with the tools it offers (motivational videos, etc ) to help achieve their life's purpose. My life's purpose is to inspire, motivate, and encourage people to take life on, live it with a purpose, and leave it with a sense of completeness.

So embrace these tools. Feel free to leave a comment or send me a personal message. I wish you the best and remember to:

Love Life. Do Good. Live Well.
